This event is designed to provide vital support and resources, including assistance with tax matters, the Wrap Around Housing Program, The Prevention and Diversion Program, the Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, Canadian Dental Care Plan, and more. It is a collaborative initiative to deliver crucial services to individuals facing homelessness or housing insecurity, as well as those re-entering society after involvement in the justice system and in need of  guidance and support.
